3.1 Aim:

To estimate the gross take off weight, fuel weight and empty weight of the aircraft in the designing process through various through numerical steps.

3.2 Equipments and methods used:

  1. Fuel fraction method
  2. Tables and charts from Ref:- books
  3. Survey details
  4. Results of Ex-01

3.3 Procedure:

  1. Describe the mission specification elaborately in a sheet.
  2. Draw the mission profile part clearly.
  3. With the help of the above two charts work out the rest through the fuel fraction method to achieve the objective.
